A practising artist since 2001 from the UK who recently moved to Australia with her family now calls the Surf Coast her home and place of inspiration.

 

Zoey grew up all around the UK coming from a military family, eventually settling in the NW of England. She attended Blackpool University as a mature student receiving a First-Class BA/Hons in Fine Art and Professional Practice, receiving recognition as ‘One of the North Wests Top Art Graduates’ in 2018.

The following year she went on to complete Teacher Training with the University of Cumbria as an Art Teacher graduating in 2020. She has enjoyed teaching the next generation of artists at a Secondary school where she was soon promoted to Head of Department.

Since moving to Australia Zoey’s primary focus is producing Art and experimenting with media. She is currently creating new bodies of work and recently taken to the potters wheel.

Zoey paints in a variety of media including acrylic, pastel and inks across a spectrum of traditional painting genres, including; abstract, still life and landscape.
